I am trying to get billing approval from http://www.lakotaherbal.com and I need to talk to a regular SANE human. The people with your compliance department seems to think that over the counter herbal products somehow require dialog with my bank.

Someone from MyVirtualCard OR another billing company that would like to process this traffic please contact me.

We process herbal stuff with a real bank+processor (wells fargo and authorize.net). We pay 2.x%. i suggest you do the same

they don't work on the weekend I don't think, I also sent an site for approval

their support sucks ass.. worst company ive ever dealt with in my life.. id be surprised if there was more than 3 people running it, including the owner.. waaaay too many issues to justify using them.

If you carefully check our correspondence with you, we clearly state that we are checking with OUR bank. Websites we process for must be approved by our bank. Your bank has nothing to do with the site approval process.

Ok, I missed this and I hate to bump a thread this old but you are the one who said that I need to carefully check you correspondence. Maybe I am the one that is missing something but I am pretty sure you said "your bank".

I will say that you finally got the billing for this site resolved, but I have yet to get resolution on the refund screwup that your people made.

I have to agree with the majority on this board. Your service to customers is way below normal.
