Ok, I missed this and I hate to bump a thread this old but you are the one who said that I need to carefully check you correspondence. Maybe I am the one that is missing something but I am pretty sure you said "your bank".

I have never received an ICQ message from you about this or any other thing.
I will say that you finally got the billing for this site resolved, but I have yet to get resolution on the refund screwup that your people made.
I have to agree with the majority on this board. Your service to customers is way below normal.
