There arent 10 "top" PPC programs worth listing:( Maybe 5.... google, overture, 7search, goclick and miva. Lets hope msnhahaha180;s will be good.

are you talking sponsors/affiliates or traffic guru sites?

miva is 90% hitbot traffic in my experience. I have some real basic lead capture stuff that converts at around 35% on adwords, 20% on overture, and.. 2% on miva/findwhat.

I agree. Findwhat (now Miva) has proven to be nothing but horrible traffic for me.

Thier traffic did good to me, just have to choose the right keywords.

Haven't tried it for advertising, but AdBrite (click sig) works great for publishing. The prices and the traffic depend on the site that you buy traffic from.
