buying paysites
 

i'm buying some paysites, actually one includes everything (members, content etc..) and the other is more a Turnkey.

question how and when do i pay for it all, has anyone here got any experience?
I want to make sure that all is ok before i pay in full,
i also need to check who the owners are and complete domain transfers etc..

what else do i need to beware of.. how is this done ?

How would they go about setting a sale price? Six months profit? One year? More?

take the projected yearly cash flow(have to be reasonable based on current situation). discount those cash flows back at ur required rate of return. now add to that any unique content he has, scripts, design and stuff like that.

there's your buying price.
