Crock Pot Classics - Anybody tried this?

Picked up a couple of packages of Crock Pot Classics at the market yesterday - this shit is da'bomb. Throw the ingredients in your crock pot for 10 hours and wa'laaa....got yourself a meal for 5 and it's some gooood shit too.

Some of you single guys out there who can't cook to save your life can do this with no problem. :1orglaugh

I fail to see the point so please enlighten me.
Your option buy a frozen bag at the store, toss it into the crock pot, wait same amount of time as normal, end up with a tasty but more than likely high sodium content meal.
Or:
Pick up the few needed ingredients, toss into the crock pot, wait same amount of time as normal, end up with a tasty meal that has no preservatives and not an assload of sodium.

The vast majority of crock pot meals are no brainers so I am sort of lost here.

lol, thats true. Crock pot cooking is premised on just tossing in meat, vegs, liquid and set it for some hours :)

But I still admit to using some convenience things like Homestyle bakes sometimes. Just dump in a couple of cans of human-food, some simple biscuit mix on top and bake for 20 mins or so.
