I've heard his name thrown around a lot here and there, but I have to ask a sincere question: Who is Ron Levi?

I know about him owning cybererotica and xxxpasswords from the whole VMI indictment and all, but I was in mainstream at the time; so what did he do in this industry that made him some sort of "legend"?

Smart man. Just look his 2001 interview at that link saying he keeps himself away from 900 numbers. A year later or so 900 numbers were gone and nobody was paid a big sum of money.

I am biased because I am still in litigation with him and CE. I think the court record thus far makes it pretty clear what this so called legend and his supposedly honest company were up to - redirecting traffic to their competing sites using our brandname, over charging, and more.

I know the real Ron Levi. If I was not held by a confidentiality order that he is insisting on I would love to put up the video depos we have and let everyone decide for themselves what kind of operator he is. I will just have to wait for when our Xplor Media federal case proceeds finally after our New Destiny closed hearing arbitration ends. Then it will be a matter of public record. I am really looking forward to it.

Ron introduced the Homegrown boys to the industry at a tradeshow where he was promoting them , if not for Ron, these guys would have had a lot longer learning curve in the industry, not to mention CE's techinical people had to rebuilt their site before they launched because they didnt know how to stream, and don't forget about the millions of dollars these guys made along the way....

Ron is not a god of the industry and CE has the flesh of a company and their blood is cash just like any other business.

I am one of the guys Ron has helped in the past and probably one of a few that publicly comes forward to acknowledge a thanks to him.

I never crossed em, I did as I was told while working with em and I was rewarded. You goto trust the man if you get a chance to work with em, he didnt leave me hanging and he didnt leave me in a position where I would loose, nor did he leave me in a position that I thought I didnt gain enough through em.
From my own experience personally he is a man you goto trust when running with em if you have a doubt you are in trouble because its not him that will fuck you, you fuck yourself by not having the trust.
