Impossible to sign up for Epassporte?
 

So we were trying to sign up for Epassporte with a Canadian credit card...The verification procedure requires that you input a charge made by Epassporte to show you own the card. So we get the charge from the bank and do so...But it fails with the actual amount charged when it is input in either US or CDN funds. Evidently what you have to do is find out what the US equivalent of the CDN charge is and input that. Anyways after two failed tries the card is locked out by their security so we are stuck.

Anyone been through this and have any way to get setup?

that won't help if he wants to be able to load his card.

why not contact keyser - your friendly neighborhood epassporte rep - and ask him whether it's canadian or u.s.?

i didnt realise they would still need to verify it.. i think they just verify the account using the card , if the account is already setup i dont think you need to do that.. i might be wrong though

A CC always have to be verified, no matter what kind of account or how many CC's you previously had on the account.
Its the only way ePassporte have to confirm that the person adding the card is the owner.
