I just watched A Beautiful Mind again...

This movie is one of the movies that has most profoundly touched my life...

and I love to pop it in every 6 months or so to watch it again

what did you guys think of it?

Doctor Dre 02-16-2006 11:52 PM

Definitly one of my favs too ... great movie. I got a lot of people to listen to it too.

I love the part where he teams up with his friends to hit on the chick

skinnay 02-16-2006 11:54 PM

i get really depressed watching any movie that spans a person's life in an hour and a half, it always makes me sad.. but the movie was very well done

jscott 02-16-2006 11:58 PM

i loved that movie, after i 1st watched it i asked my mom if i had any imaginary friends

Joe Citizen 02-16-2006 11:59 PM

Never seen it.... can't stand Ron Howard movies.

kristin 02-17-2006 12:04 AM

I never saw it when it first came out until one night it was on TV, oh jeez, touched my heart. It's a combo of sadness, anger, and I don't know that his friend was fake and everything he went through ... I got done watching the movie and I was just in awe.

BTW, I own the movie now. : )

Just kidding. It was a decent flick.. but definately not something I'd watch every 6 months. lol. What's the point? The movie kinda loses it's appeal after you know what's going down.

detoxed 02-17-2006 12:30 AM

Good movie

Bas 02-17-2006 12:39 AM

Definitely a good movie!

What you guys think of "Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind"?

pornstar2pac 02-17-2006 12:41 AM

A spoiler for those who haven't seen it yet...

At Princeton University, John Nash struggles to make a worthwhile contribution to serve as his legacy to the world of mathematics. He finally makes a revolutionary breakthrough that will eventually earn him the Nobel Prize. After graduate school he turns to teaching, becoming romantically involved with his student Alicia. Meanwhile the government asks his help with breaking Soviet codes, which soon gets him involved in a terrifying conspiracy plot. Nash grows more...

one of my favourite movies! It's so touching.. whenever i watch it it makes me cry. :sadcrying

everestcash 02-17-2006 06:28 AM

i did watch it a couple of times (second time just because there was no other video t watch at that time), pretty good, but wouldn't exactly call it a life-changing movie

Sarah_Jayne 02-17-2006 06:43 AM

Good movie but Jennifer Connelly is just one of those actresses that always annoys me.

Eternal Sunshine was robbed of an Oscar nomination for best film..simply robbed.

Ross 02-17-2006 06:53 AM

Great movie. Russel Crowes best performance to date in my opinion.
