Making cell phone wallpapers RAZR - HELP!
 

When I make wallpapers for my cellphone, they always seem to lose quality once I upload them to the phone... what causes this?

Why are the pics that came with the phone top quality, but not the ones I make? Even when I save them with max resolution on the PC, they look ugly on the phone... what gives?

I am using Photochop to crop images to the required size, 176x220 but still, the quality sucks
