Good idea..but I originally wnatesd to know how many webmasters would push her site when complete...and if there would be a market for her...

I know. But my implicit (let me make it explicit now :) ) advise is build it and test it first before handing it off to affiliates. You only get one shot re first impressions when it comes to affiliate programs so test it out, optimize it, THEN push the program.
