What about someone that will sell to paysites and
AVSs with less on the free side?

0.0075 seems high for a totally blind link, what
about something more in the 0.004 - 5 range?

Unless you're looking to purchase large volume of traffic, you can forget about contacting Lane.

Think about it man: how many sponsors are willing to pay anyone .03 to .05 per unique for this "blind" traffic you speak of. Why would anyone sell to your paysite for .0075 when so many sponsors are willing to pay .03 for it?
Sounds like your best bet is to buy some free host 404 exit traffic. Generally around .005. They don't care what you do with the surfer in most cases.
