I have an e-book. It is a bit old, but has tons of good stuff.

I guess you can call it SEO at least for basic strats, "Increase Your Web Traffic In a Weekend" by Jerry Lee Ford Jr.

it is one of those books I just picked at random while endlessly walking around B&N waiting on the wife.
