So much hating on ePassporte, but I have to admit
 
I am pretty satisfied with ePassporte. A part of their support sucks balls, but if you hit up Keyser Soze or Shaliza they'll help you out ASAP.

Just thought I'd create a positive thread about them, since ePassporte bashing has become pretty popular on GFY. People are creating negative threads very quickly without even thinking. I've been using them for like two years now and my problems with them have always been solved.

Instant cashout and cash transfering is all I need :thumbsup

right... i decided to drop them today... after trying to fill out the forms for the over $5k suspension thing, and epass keeps telling me i have to wait until my account hits 5k. i give up.

i am not going to wait to get a payment so my account can get "frozen" to wait for some documents, then fax them in, then wait another week to get authorized and unfrozen.

hell it's been 3 or 4 days since i tried to increase my ACH/ATM limits with no response.

thats how i got the 2 forms in the first place... now just waiting.

as far as the 5k limit, i talked to a so-called supervisor on the phone, she was clueless telling me that increasing my ACH limit is all i need to do so my account will not get frozen.

it shouldn't be so hard to get my money... i don't understand why my ATM withdraw limit is 500 a day, but i can only transfer 300 to my bank/day, that makes absolutely no sense.

It makes complete sense and was their business plan right from the begining. They want to keep as much of your money in their system for as long as possible. Why do you think they make it a total nightmare to take money out of their system?

The service itself rocks. They just need to improve CS. Also a function where I can transfer my funds to my Dutch bankaccount would be usefull. Other then that it's GREAT

Thanks for the feedback. You're right, we should send out a notice to your internal ePassporte mail account when the card is shipped. I will work on getting this implemented.

I'll jump on the bandwagon, too. I've never had a problem with ePassporte. They've been responsive with my requests in a timely manner.

I love epassporte. It always takes 5 phone calls to change anything but now that I know that... so what. They save so much time in other ways.

Improvement idea - statement downloads compatible with quicken. This is something most banks provide. Might be a bitch to implement. And a date thing on the show transactions. Would be nice to get year to date copy it to a excel spreadsheet and bam. i can see who paid what for whole year. would be real cool.

I personally think Paypal is a incredible service, Epassporte is a mediocre service

if epassporte would follow in the foot steps of paypal, the online payment world would be a lot more competative place

Customer service indeeds needs a LOT of improvement, it took them 3-4 weeks to unfreeze my account after I hit the 5k limit
