Are there any programmers here who work on a partnership basis ever?
 

Just curious, I know we have several things we put off simply because we can't pay for them all at once. Also, it's a pain in the ass to write out every detail of a decent sized project when someone more involved would get the general idea and be able to run with it.

Just thought I'd ask and see what everyone has to say. :upsidedow

I did it once and I got screwed..so that's why I'm less interested in it now...but if there was a good opportunity with someone I can trust, sure...

What kind of projects, how large-scale are they?

I can program, always looking for a project, just haven't done much in the adult world.

Pretty much everything from one hour jobs to massive projects. We always have something going on.

maybe its time I get icq...either that or if your really desperate you can email me at my gfy username at gmail.com...im intrested...but busy until friday.

i'll extend payment terms to reputable gfy posters.. i don't do some sort of revshare as payment, though, typically.

I bookmarked this thread but I'm sure there are quite a few out there with ideas waiting to be developed. Will talk to some people tomorrow and see what we can come up with.

how would one hour job pay in partnership? sorry just a random question...

Small jobs of course wouldn't make as much as big ones but would easily make more than the $50 or $100 flat fee in a short time.

Edit: would be a normal 50% if that is what you are asking.
