I don't think America can handle both pot and alcohol being legal. It's one or the other.

As it is now, alcohol is the leading cause of deaths on the road. If you legalize pot, that number probably doubles or even triples since people would smoke it while driving.

Saying that is like saying because pot is NOT legal people DON'T drive while smoking. Do you really think that is the case?
