I'm taking leave for a while. My current predictaments in life prohibit me from being able to continue as other areas need immediate attention.

While things are pretty much in a disastrous state, I must leave and relocate to a friends so that I can start to put back together the pieces that broke. I am packing up tonight, and leaving sometime tommorow. So, just saying goodbye, but only temporarily, until I get resituated. Damn, shouldv'e got a laptop with wifi instead of desktop..lol...

The baby is due March 3rd, but she has a bad feeling it may be sooner, so staying here in our current position is not advisable & a last minute decision was made to pack up, throw in the towel & position ourselves in another area we will hopefully have a better advantage of making some positive changes to our current dilema.

I will return, it's just a matter of when, if it's going to be weeks, or months.
My sites will still be online waiting for me when I come back, just I will not be updating until then.

I'll be online from time to time tonight, and in the morning just to check in, I need to figure out what to do with my email so nothing gets deleted while I am gone. I need to worry about that message limit??

Anyway, sponsors, etc.. if your email goes unanswered, it's because I can't answer, or if your email gets bounced back, it's because my email has reached it's limit.

partially, as it has somewhat influenced us to sort of jump ship. We're currently in a landlord/tenant dispute anyway, and had a court date on the 27th of this month, the outcome of which is very uncertain, although I was pretty confident we would overcome that bump & be able to buy time & pull out ahead. But, recent events, which arose due to the minivan bullshit, has prompted us to decide to leave now, rather than fight & stay where we are.

She wants the van back asap. Without that van, we will not be able to take the 40 minute drive to court on the 27th, we will lose, and will have to leave anyway, and without the van, that will be pretty difficult. So, we decided, fuck it,pack everything into the van, go up north where we have friends, resources & public transportation, and then call the lady & tell her she can come drive 200 miles north & come get her van.

As far as 2002, similar yes, but also very different circumstances. Such has been the circle of life that comes back to begin its repetitive cycle it seems.

I just need to get the fuck out of here before whatever happens next. I'm just trying to put myself in a position where I can make certain changes, whereas here in farm country with jack shit, i'm a sitting duck.

Harsh again, you said she was going to report the minivan stolen, what do you think will keep her from doing so when you call 200 miules away ;) although i have faith that you wouldnt be prosecuted being that your verbal agreemenet should atleast hold up that portion of the deal and keep you out of jail. I wish the best to you, I think you have the right plan with you and your family.

As far as my sites go, they'll be fine. The hosting bill is paid ahead a few months, so I shouldnt have any worries except loss of traffic from lack of updating, but nothing that can't be rebuilt when I return.


Deej, I understand what your saying. I planned ahead on this. I spoke to the police and was advised that if she reports the vehicle stolen she is at risk of being charged for filing a false report as it is a civil matter & not a criminal matter. He said I am obligated, but not criminally liable and I was advised to have all reciepts on me when in the vehicle. At any rate, I will not be driving once I get to my destination due to the registration being invalid. We're leaving Enfield, CT & going back to Salem, Massachusetts.

Probably a bad move to jump the gun and make spur of the moment decisions, but, well, I'm in a no win situation I think, and I need to do something about it now, before it's too late.
