    Euro keeps going up.

    It use to be...

    1 EUR = 1.10 USD

    Now

    1 EUR = 1.70 USD

    Why is the EUR going up and ours keep going down?

              I think the Americans should amend their constitution so they can elect GW for a third time, he most certainly did a great job in every single aspect.

                              yep. the euro actually went DOWN since last year. i remember when it was $1.28 for 1 euro last time i was checking it.still sucks though, $US should kick the shit out of the fucking euro.

                                          Actually, I agree, our economy is SMOKING along.

                                          I don't know where you are getting your info, but the stock market is soaring to all time highs, consumer spending is TWICE what was predicted for the first quarter, we have the lowest unemployment rate in almost the entire world, and the low dollar is great for our exporting companies, it makes them much more competative.

                                          Try talking to bankers in the EU. The high levels of the Euro is KILLING the EU economies. They are super happy that the Euro is starting to come down.


                                          I'm thinking that you may not have a very good handle on economic indicators, or much economic theory in your background....
