How long before an adult company tries to patent this and then sue everyone for using popups?

well, besides the simpsons already inventing everything, this guy self-proclaims in third person, that he is the creator.

there are lots of patents on things like popups and derivatives on popups, but it has been elusive about who really did make the popup.. i have heard xpics, heard robin nixon, etc.. but without tangible proof, some company that had the foresight to copy what they say on the internet and file a patent, ends up getting the real credit.. unless of course the patent can be proved invalid by documenting publicly disclosed sources that the idea was done before the patent was filed.

there are already plenty of adult companies filing patents for various things.. wait another 2-3 years and you'll see what kind of plant turns up from the seed that has already been sowed.
