not sure if mines a new one or old one , it looks a bit better than the last one i had but a BIG thumbs down for NOT offering the service that you could put any name you want on the card .. i really liked that feature..

just got mine in the mail last week, used it twice (as credit) at a couple of stores with no problem :)

How long did it take you to get? Was it seamless? I'm up for renewal soon and don't want to be without it for too long :(

If your card says good thru 04/06 then a new card will be ordered for you in the beginning of April leaving almost 4 weeks for you to receive it.

Yep me too I use it all the time :)

Like JFK said it needs to be a swipe terminal.

I travel 100% of the time, and it can take me 2 months to receive anything via mail...

I haven't used mine at any stores, I'll try the new one but I also got laughed at when I did try the old one at the grocery store.

On a side note, I've only had a vERY rare occasion of my virtual visa not working for some online purchase, but really not a big issue in the overall picture. Hell I've had that happen with other more traditional forms of CCs & ATMs too for no reason other than a fluke.







PS: Did you have to request the new card, or are they automatically sending them out to those of us who have cards expiring soon?

If your card says good thru 04/06 then a new card will be ordered for you in the beginning of April leaving almost 4 weeks for you to receive it.
You do need to have $35 in your account for the fee at the time its ordered.

you might wanna pass along that its not enough time..

Mine was autorenewed as well and i got my new card a little AFTER the old one expired, so you might wanna look into making that time period a bit closer. I have half dozen other credit cards , they ALWAYS send them BEFORE my card expires.

Oh and please get them to add custom names on the cards again i liked that feature.

i like that new card...it's better looking..mine is the old one.

but on the upside when i had not recieved my new card yet i reset the pin on the "new " card i hadnt recieved yet , and used my old card after the expiry date and it worked fine.. ( but i dont suggest trying that unless its an emergency )

We wont get the new one till september., And have never had a problem using it. In or out of the US.

I still havent gotten mine :( Ordered it two weeks ago. Me thinks the canadian mail system sucks. Sponsors are starting to pay me using epass and I cant even get to my money. ugggg :(

Cards needs to be printed and then mailed out it can take up to a week since cards is only printed once or twice a week.

I have had that card forever..I thought new ones came out. And I the name on it is not my legal name...I love it!

Ya, i talked to you about it on icq. Apparrently my card shoudl have gone out last monday or tuesday then by what you said. So its allready a week + through the mail system. :(
