I had an account with you for about 1 - 1.5 years
never had problems, always followed your rules
since few days ago i cannot login to your system
today I find out from Evil1 that apparently my account is banned for a reason that when we wired you money it somehow got tied to another account that was banned.

I don't know what that means, the money was wired from my company Antlers and Hoofs and the only account we used is dxstar. for me it sounds very surprising that our wire found to be tied to another account. I hope this is a mistake.
If for some reason you dont want our business, I would expect to have outstanding balance send back to us.
Tried emailing you but all emails are bouncing back, tried your support forum but no reply.

Well like I said on icq, the reason in the system isnt very descriptive, but i icq'd choker, he'll clear it up when he gets on.

Since we're on the subject of Choker, when will the 404 program start?

i'm not sure what have happened why would i wanna get steam bioling only when i'm trying to find out what happened and get my money back if anything. although i wish this to be resolved in a productive way than just shutting our bisuness down.
