Anybody else obsessed with the Olympics?
I can't get enough of the speed skating, downhill skiing, and snow boarding.
It's no secret I love the Olympics. I wouldn't exactly say obsessed, but I do get captivated by the spirit of it all, the competition, even in the least events and little-known sports.
I was actually at the '76 Olympics in Montreal. Saw several stars from that time perform live.... Nadia Comaneche, Olga Korbut, Bruce Jenner, etc. The host city becomes ten times more alive during the games. It's really indescribable, and it changed me forever. Okay yeah, I'm a bit obsessed :D |
I have the TV running all day here with the olympics. Mens moguls today was crazy.
I have honestly not watched one event.
Oh, and one other thing..... no one covers the Olympics like the CBC.
Their coverage is awesome. |
I like to watch the events and most nights I keep it on behind me while I work. I am looking forward to the bobsled comepetitions
I have been glued to the snowboarding and skiiing this year.
I am not much a fan of the winter olympics much as the summer, but I enjoy watching the hockey game

I'm obsessed. I still haven't gotten over not winning the lottery for figure skating tickets at SLC.
I just watched "curling", hands down might be the dumbest sport in the olympics for sure. I just don't get it all, its billiards with rocks and ice, who cares.
