Wordpress Question - Import RSS feeds easily

Is there a plug in to import RSS feeds into my blog... The feeds I want are basically in the form of links... output wise...

Example:

Code:

<item>

<title>Hot Blonde On Red Couch</title>

<link>http://www.dadump.com/goLink.php?Id=297917</link>

</item>

I just need some quick, little, easy to install plugin for WordPress that would put that into my sidebar...

Does that script do any caching? I glanced over it and it doesn't look like it. It's silly to parse an RSS file every time someone visits the site, it should be cached, then updated maybe every hour, or even day.

do you want them like on the side of your main blog posts? i can help you output RSS feeds like somewhere on your blog, but not as main blog posts. does that make sense? like on my site:
