Looking for php/mysql experts for a custom CMS
 

I need a mainstream cms system coding from scratch, i have an exact idea of what i want and am looking for a skilled php/mysql to work with.

Im looking for word of mouth referrals here, so if anyone here can reccomend me someone who will fit this description i'd be greatful.

Please no amateurs, im willing to invest a lot of money in this project and therefore looking for the best skilled coders.

exactly, i've been scouring all the major webmaster forums and its just offer after offer from outsourced amateurs with limited english.

Is it really so difficult to find expert developers.. my guess is they have enough work thrown at them they dont need to advertise their services :(
