I need someone reliable to do some outsource design work for me

I am looking for someone who I can depend on to do some outsourcing web design for Graphics by tia.

I have contacted a few people in the past, but none of them keep in touch with me after I send them a job. I don't have time to do design anymore because the content business keeps me too busy.
