I'm not saying it isnt, but it's not worth your asking price. Espically if it's just the domain name. Now if it included a well established paysite, with members, then I wouldn't argue your price one bit.

Maybe it might help you out a little bit if you posted stats, rev/income proof...etc, people might take you more seriously. (Just a thought)
