the clip is from moscow... not ukraine. its from a new tunnel that is controversial for its accidents. moscow is a very shitty place to drive but definately not the worst in russia. by any standard, people there drive like complete assholes however. russia has much much worse and its depressing to drive somewhere and see nothing but overturned cars and collisions beside the road from idiots that are always driving too fast.
