I don't know, but they soon will be if they don't clear this up soon.

i heard through the grapevine they were transferring several servers and had a hard disk wiped, they cant put the sites back on until the tracking is back up for fear links wont get counted , supposedly they will be back up shortyl i heard this from another aff so hopefully they get it fixed quickly
