If blacks don't want people calling them Niggas maybe they shouldn't call themselves it. It doesn't work both ways, if it does, then they themselves are condoning racism by saying that they should be allowed a seperate set of rules due to their race.

To have no racism would mean that blacks and whites are equal, and if blacks and whites are equal they should be able to say the same things equally, otherwise they are not equal.

When I was in junior high we had a supah soul sistah black teacher that used to call us "honkies" all the time. She was finally fired for using "motherfucker" and "shit" too many times in the classroom. She sued for discrimination and lost.

I don't see the problem with the teacher using the word. Just like he mentioned, it's a common word among his black students. What the fuck difference does it matter if he's a white guy? Doesn't change the meaning, or implied meaning of the word.
