Do you have a good camera phone?
 

Can it take decent pictures? If so please let me know the one you got. I just bought a 3 megapixel phone that takes movies and I can't even get one pic to turn out decent. It SUCKS and I am so mad cause I feel totally ripped off. How can they sell a phone, advertise that it takes great movies and in reality it can not even take one freaking nice picture!

No I didn't expect Nikon quality but I did expect to actually be able to see what I was trying to capture. I just want something good enough to snap a pic of what I am doing and be able to e-mail it out on the fly. Sounds simple to me.

I just bought a motorola mpx220

it has a 1.2 megapixal digi cam on it..

I like it, no complaints about it.

Mine is a 3.0 megapixel and I can't get good results. I have tried tinkering with the settings but still, no good. I think the ampature is set too high, even at the lowest setting.

I think we need to see some pics hun.

It has a flash, which does a decent work.

Mine has a flash too, but still the pic quality is terrible.

I just upgraded to the Motorola Razer V3, not so much for the camera but with its 1.3 megapixel it takes fairly decent pictures.
Maybe get yours checked out. Seems odd that it can't take decent pictures straight outta the box. Especially with the 3 megs.

I have a RAZR and it's only ok......basically I think the only reason they added cameras to phones is so you know who's number is who's after a night at the bar.

I have the Razr V3c and it takes pretty good pictures for being a phone.

yes from my cellphone, I dont know about night, never tried it at night.

I have nokia 7710 it's ok for the camera phone

No I haven't done that. I have tried to tweak my phone myself with dismal results. I would love to bring my phone to the manufactor, as I am very upset with them and the way it stands right now. Hopefully they would help me get my phone to what I expected from it.

I prefer having a separate digital camera than having a camera phone.

I want to be able to have a cam/phone that I can link in to my blog. Is this impossible at this time?

ummm, they have these things called cameras, and all they do is take pictures. They work pretty well for that, although, admittedly I have never tried to talk on one.

Your expectations may be too high. You also want "action" pics. I don't think you are going to get the quality you expect from your phone when taking action pics.

I have a Rzr and the pics aren't bad...but I use my digital if I want pics worth saving. My camera phone is more for those moments where I want to snap a pic of garden I like the layout of, or a flower so I can look up the name of it later...a shirt or something so I can ask my daughter if she likes it prior to buying it....simple things like that.

ibe had 3 so far i think my samsung a680 is best quality so far.. camcorder is garbage though
