http://220.181.27.54/ - the site is just coming up with a test page for an apache installation.

At one point X was a spammer guessing he still is seeing that that ip is outta china.. yes that is very sweet I must say traffic wise.

alexa is all fucked up atm.

Im just saying that alrea has some kind of error. It is showing that this ip is #58 in the world - which it isnt - it gets 0 traffic.

I bet that IP has something to do with the filters China has in place for filtering content.
