skilledhost is a fag basket running a chop shop

I was with skilledhost for about 5 months, was all Ok until about December 05 when my sites went down. I contacted support who said they had to make a change to the DNS and it would be backup soon, oh and btw you will have to reload all of your sites content!
When I asked why updating the Dns caused all my content to disappear I was just fobbed off with them telling me that they were implementing a new backup solution and it wouldn't happen again. This didn't help me though as I had to ftp up 3 gig of content back to the server and suffered a couple of days of lost revenue on 3 of my sites.
I moved the sites over to lelahosting.com now and their support has been great.

Upshot skilledhost= crap service
