Hi,

A few months ago I unfortunally had to leave the adult industry due to some personal issues, I use to be a member of only a few affiliate programs sexmoney being one, I have recentley entered back into promoting adult sites and wanted to give sexmoney.com a go, having forgot my login details i went to signup for a new account, however one of there support reps was kind enough to iisue me with both my old username and password,

When i first logged in i was presented with a popup informing me i needed to update my address details such as street, postcode and other details, I went to try and do this however while the page was asking for the details there was no text boxes for the data to be entered into

I assumed this may of been for secuirty reasons and that i would need to contact support, which I did, I explained the problem that there were no text boxes for me to enter the data into and asked how i went about updating the details, i then recieved a quick reply telling me i needed to 'click on admin centre, then account,

I found this responce a bit strange as i knew how to access the page, and in the email had explained this however being no text boxes i was unable to enter the details,

Over a week I then sent a total of 5 emails explaning the problem again, and asking if it would be possible for them to update my details, as i supplied them with my details, eventually i recieved a reply telling me this had been done, however when logging into my account it appeared this was not the case, as i was still preseneted with the popup, and also the account details page was still showing nothing.

I then sent a few emails, which i will admit i was rather anoying at that time, and just wanted to know what was going! and im yet to recieve a reply.


Im sure that sexmoney are a great program, from both the recent reviews which i have read, and from my past experince, however its really starting to simply take the piss now!

all i want them to do is sort out the problem!!

Im hoping that by posting on here i might get some attention..

Has anyone else had any bad experinces with sexmoney.com please?

hm, why do you insist on promoting SexMoney?
there are tens of other good programs there

if their support is bad, just drop them

I guess you are right, Only reason i was promoting sexmoney was due to the fact they allowed remote boxes ( There 4free)

sex money is a great program, Forest is one of their reps. You should try to contact him as I'm sure he'd be very happy to assist you in any way that he can. :)
