anyone know a internet/domain lawyer in Canada?
 

Need a lawyer that knows the laws about squatting on a domain.. (non adult related).

A client of mine has a business and his competition registered his companies names for .com and .ca and redirects to his site.

.com is subject ot URDP .
.ca is the only one that will need a candian lawyer, as each cctld has its own rules.
