I knew that support at Phatservers is great ... but actually it is OUTSTANDING!!!

I had problems installing a script - I emailed Phatservers - within minutes I got a kind reply telling me how to solve my problem, though it is definitely not Phatservers job to help me with scripts...

I will also attest to the support at Phatservers.. just recently, we had experienced hardware failure, additionally due to the increase of traffic to our program, our network of servers were experiencing some problems and needed tweaking. Phatservers quickly took a handle of these issues and we are now running at full efficiency.

PHATSERVERS helped me out alot with my stuff a few days ago. ICQ and phone support was instantaneous. I've got SEO boxes there for some of my personal adult ventures.

They don't have customers they have fans!

I'm happy with my service level 10000%

now if i can fuckin teach ipowerweb some freakin CS skills from some domains i have sitting there for mainstream side project experiments.

Yeah their support is awesome, while their undying love for Nickelback is disturbing.

Seriously.

Someone made a claim on here that Phatservers could not have 24/7 support. Believe me, I put Mike W. and Chris through so much shit especially on weekends I know for a fact that it's 24/7 and the replies are within minutes of my sending an email.

I have a dedicated and a virtual package with them and they treat me like I'm royalty, as if I'm one of their biggest customers.

I may not be one of their biggest, but I'm definitely one of their most loyal.

You have a reading comprehension problem or just memory problems?

The question was whether if every one of their clients wanted their support to add every new domain for them whether it could be done in 5-10 minutes.

FYI, I have sent many people to Phatservers.

I was their client like 5 years ago..then I vandered off chasing better deals.
..but I'm back, and sorry I ever left.

..and I also bet I cause their techs more work than you do. I also live in europe, so my demands reach them at 'night' your time..usually on sundays and holidays. :)
