Ashxxxxx Disappointed By Supreme Court Ruling, Vows to Combat Porn
 

We all know child porn is fucking sick, twisted and really wrong. The supreme court of the US just failed this law today which to my understanding makes cg child porn legal. What do you think about it?

"Writing for the majority, Justice Anthony Kennedy said the law would not only ban computer-generated child pornography on the Internet, but also movies like American Beauty where young adults are depicted as children having sex."

This is bullshit. Kiddie porn has alway been illegal, it always will be. THIS shit doesn't have anything to do with child porn, it has to do with moral rightists trying to make the entire country into Salt Lake City.

CG images of child porn are GREAT! You get child porn for consumers and no kids are taken advantage of...I think it's WONDERFUL!

Anyway, read the decision, there's more to it than kiddie porn. Basically it was saying you get fifteen years in PRISON if you produce something where an 19 old actress plays a 15 year old getting it on.

Actually, according to this law the novel Lolita would cost Nabokov a 15 year stint. That's a damn good book if you ask me.

I personally really like freedom of speech, I think it should be nearly unlimited. I suppose if I want it I'm gonna have to move to Canada or Finland.

People need to read the facts before they complain.
CP is illegal, but the new law was trying to make it illegal for adults (18+) to pretend to be under 18 and have sex.

Being Canadian I don't really care about the US law.

2 people age 17 can have sex, but if they take pics - childporn.
When I was 17 I always found that rather odd, to be allowed to fuck the girl but not take a naked pic her.
