Smoke ciggs? How many per day?

normal day = 15-20 busy day = 30

opposite

busy = 15-20
bored = 20+

10-15 through the week
but way more on the weekends when clubbin

None. 5 days so far. Before I quit I smoked upto 2 packs per day. Average was 1.5 though

I tried that Quitnet thing also back when you were talking about it. I still get those congratulatory "quit anniversary" messages in the email all the time, but since I'm still smoking those damn emails just piss me off lol ...

Back in the days when I used to smoke I usually consume one pack per day.

Puffed a cig once, and puked my ass off. i do not smoke a all, and that will also do my psy-form bad. im a prof. soldier daily - so the only i smoke are my sweetheart (rifle)

We have almost the exact quit date, I quit April 4th 2005, after 18 years of smoking, and feel better than I had in 18 years... Congrats on 10 months :thumbsup

USed to smoke 25 a day now I am done to 15 a day, someday I hope to be down to 0 a day

Zero. Smoking itself and smokers are unattractvie. It also yellows your teeth and causes pre-mature wrinkles and aging

i don't smoke at all. cigarette smoking is dangerous for our health.

I already made my new year's resolution but before i use to smoke 2 to 3 packs of cigar a day.
