then 6 months later put the pics back online -- by then either she will forget who you are or the boyfriend will be long gone... 90% of relationships don't last more than 3 months anyway...

it really sounds like the BF........ he is controlling her anyway -- the relationship won't last.

maybe say something like "hey baby your pics aren't on the site now -- take a look... i feel bad that you are in such a controlling relationship... if you ever want to do more shoots -- give me a call..." now she feels safe coming back to you to shoot again after she leaves that guy... and you have planted a seed in her mind that her boyfriend is controlling her... which is true. don't leave this as a message on her answering machine or the guy may delete it w/o telling her.

now the boyfriend is happy -- they can go on fucking like rabbits -- eventually she will find out he is a prick (like all guys) and she'll be broke again (what is she going to get a real job with tits like that?)...

My opinion (not right or wrong) is to avoid any legal problems where possible. You would probabally win in court, but if you could avoid the whole legal issue but dropping her pics, I would do that.

If you HAVE to end up taking them down, I'd take the pics off the site, then sell the rights to them to someone else... or better yet broker them to a content distributer so you still make a % and they will never know they are still being sold... just not on your site anymore.:thumbsup

Webmasters buy content so they don't have to deal with this kind of problem. It's your job. If you compromise your integrity now you will lose business in the future.
