Partner Accounts
 

Hi guys, im looking to start submitting to partner accounts and dont really know the ordinary way to go about obtaining an account, i came around a few sites that offer you access to a few partner sites for a fee..and im also aware that sometimes sites sell accounts on thier own or even give em out for free. how do you go about obtaining good partner accounts ?
