OUCH! I need a new pillow
 

I keep waking up in the morning with serious shoulder pain because I sleep on my side.

I have tried regular and even memory foam pillows with no luck.

Can anyone suggest a better pillow?

is the pillow not high enough? i bought some huge ass thick pillows and they never go flat. i usually sleep on my side and have broad shoulders so i need something thick.

Thats where itsa at...not your pillow but how high or low your sleeping, onc eyou adjust that properly yhen your set :thumbsup

have you tried sitting up straight all day?

i know it sounds like im being a smartass..but i had the same issue...couldnt sleep properly woke up in pain..right around my shoulders and upper back. almost underneath my shoulderblades.


well my girl suggested i force myself to sit up and not eve use the back of the chair...and after just one day of doing it...i sleep better...i know sit on the edge of my seat...and keep my back straight

I adjusted my posture while reading this. Sometimes somebody need to point the obvious out to you lol. Thanks for that. I am going to buy some new pillows too for good measure :)

I have seen this pillow on Home TV Shooping that was designed to keep your back straight even if you're sleeping on your side.

I use 2 pillows, and i fold the top one at the middle... works for me :thumbsup
