I use a backup plugin coupled with a cron plugin.
Both can be found on this site: http://www.skippy.net/blog/plugins/ The cron emails me a gz copy of the backup on a daily basis. |
Wordpress is such a resource hog. I would never use it. :|

Doesn't require a database, uses flat text files, and looks nice. There is almost no setup - just unzip and copy. I like stuff like that. :) |

I have the google site map plug in and it is great. Not hard to install, and worth the time.
