On 2005-10-18 he bought a pass for Chubbyland. As if the name of the site is not enough, we even have it written at the very top of our purchase page. "BIG GIRL Oriented Content Only"

For those who still do get it, they accept galleries with fat/big/chubby girls only.

To make a long story short, a couple weeks later we get a notification from our bank that a CB was placed. We emailed this "client" to find out what the problem is and he replies with:

"Chubbyland sucks, not accepting my galleries"

We ask him for samples, he sends them and they are SKINNY TEEN galls. We then told him that Chubbyland accepts only chubby girls. He replied with something like "chubby must suck because he should accept everything". We kindly gave the chance to retract the CB and we would refund him 100% of the money.

The most fucked up part of all this is, if he would have contacted us we would have givien him his money back without question, as we do with anyone who deserves a refund. But he chose to go straight to doin a CB without ever consultiong with us first.

There has to be another side to this story. That doesnt make any sense. Anyone who can form a gallery together should know whether or not to submit their gallery to a bbw tgp. The guy has paysites and a program; he isn't a neophyte.

Alot of people feel because they pay for a listing or an account they can post what ever they want.

We had someone just yesturday asking why VIDEO-Post wont accept thier picture galls. I could go on all day with similar stories.

I agree with Ray that a chargeback is stupid, he could have negotiated with the submitpasses crew, they reply always very quick on emails.

But then again, that's not even the point. We have two main concerns, keeping the clients and TGP owners happy. If a client buys a pass and didn't realize that they don't accept what ever it is they post, we would gladly refund them. That happens 4-5 times a week and never once did we refuse a credit or refund.
