Now for my confession, I was involved in the investigation and met with a Seargent from LAPD in regards to the tape I was shown in Januaury of 04.
I hoped to have given him some good iformation although I knew the case was open and shut.

Let me make this perfectly clear, I never had a tape -I was shown a tape of Joe in a compromising situation. Like Joe or hate him, you can never wish something as malevolent and vicious as this to happen to anyone, not even your worst enemy. This was certainly not a tape I'd ever promote and if I am ever put in a similar situation I will go straight to the police.
