All they ever say to this guy is next time you will be in prison. On one occasion he had 3 next time warnings in 24 hours. He has been caught 3 times over the last 3 month for DUI.

He is a fucking arsehole who endangers the lives of many people.

Gotta love it..

If that was any one else he would be in jail and it would be better for him than being out with his dealer by his side.

maybe in england. if you get caught for dui in ventura country california, you can expect to get fucked no matter who you think you are.

maybe the cops are just letting him go in the hope he'll OD one day and save them the hassle

I think it is disgstig that he was caught 3 times DUI and one time he was caugh he had 3 different types of class A drug in his system.
