I have never tried Password Sentry but i am running Strongbox and i am happy with it. Looks like a solid product...

yes, never no problems with it. it logs the url where people come to your site from so its easy to track down where passwords are posted at. But I am sure strongbox does same.

the reason I dont like strong box is it uses the thing where you have to type in the letters, image verification I think its called, to much hassles for members. I dont know if using it or not is a option with SB, never had a reason to switch to it. PS has done just fine by me.

My wife has been using PS since February 2000 and has'nt looked back since. It has saved her tons of $$$ in lost revinue and bandwidth.

She also uses the logging feature from it in conjunction with server logs to fight chargebacks. Not that she gets very many (like 4 in the past 6 years).

Let me understand strongbox makes your members type in image verification after they type there user/pass?

I have PS on 2 paysites and love it, and use it in conjunuction with Robot Control Pro.

My newest paysite will use Strongbox since it's so highly recommended.

I also hear really good things about Phantom Frog.

The image verification on Strongbox can be turned on or off, so it's your choice if you use it. I've used both Strongbox and PS and whilst both are good I'd go with Strongbox everytime now.
