Yeah limit new users to only text (no links, no sigs, no pictures) until 1000 posts. Hell also limit them to 30-50 posts per day too.

1000 makes more sense. contribute before you get to spam. at least that way we can see whos posting 500 posts per day and we'll know to ignore them early

Texas Dreams created a 30 post limit on new accounts before they could post pics url etc..and it didn't take long until some sig whore went wild once he got past that.

Perhaps upping it to 3k would do the trick.

Make it like 500 or 1000 at least

I'd say 100 posts + sandboxing the person for 6 months is the best solution. Don't wanna make the post count too high because then there will be even more useless spam.

see the problem with raising it to high like 1,000 is people would make endless useless posts to get to the 1000 post
