Brain Cash Sites

Why in the world would I want to send my traffic to your sites when there is potential for me to make YOU signups and for me to get jack shit!!!

Manowar 02-07-2006 03:53 PM

what are you talking about dude?

spacemonk 02-07-2006 03:54 PM

....huh?

Down_Under 02-07-2006 03:56 PM

ooops - I am referring to the traffic leaks - links which go to THEIR sponsors

RyanL 02-07-2006 03:56 PM

...ehhhh?

TheLegacy 02-07-2006 03:57 PM

I know Fred personally and the crew over at braincash.. they are honorable and trustworthy with your traffic and sales. If you have a problem then contact them directly before spouting off with accusations.

for example

http://www.bustychristy.com/main.php
http://www.fuckthatasian.com/home.php
http://www.morethanagirl.com/home.php

those links at the top of the tour - we get zero credit for this yet they can use our traffic to send to college fuck fest etc

hehe indeed

bdld 02-07-2006 04:14 PM

it's a traffic leak, it's just another way of shaving / stealing your traffic.

BlueQuartz 02-07-2006 04:15 PM

he's got a point - that table of links at the top are to Brain Cash's sponsors

Haven't seen anything like this on any other major sponsor

ajrocks 02-07-2006 04:17 PM

cry us a freakin river.

Juilan 02-07-2006 04:43 PM

wow that blows.

justsexxx 02-07-2006 04:46 PM

I didn't check this. But do these links also appear when you use your affiliate link? It might only popup on no ref etc...

Monique Niccole 02-07-2006 04:47 PM

No. I clicked it from a Lex Steele affiliate link and it's the same.

justsexxx - yeah it is with the affiliate links as well

There are plenty of other sponsors without these leaks and thats where I will be sending my traffic. Good to see other webmasters value their traffic enough to know that this sort of thing is just wrong.

xxxice 02-07-2006 05:02 PM

Yeah at least do it in the members area not before we even get a sale hehehhe

I wonder how long the "friends" links have been up. I had not noticed them before.

andrej_NDC 02-07-2006 05:14 PM

wow......

FUCKuPAYme 02-07-2006 05:20 PM

Hmmmm why would they do that?

crockett 02-07-2006 05:35 PM

I'm not trying to cause drama but I do find their 2257 links on their FHG's to be a bit ridiculous. It's clearly designed to steal your traffic IMO.

Notice the 2257 link on their FHG's for example this one..

http://www.freepornofreeporn.com/fre...ohigpicda.html

notice the link reads "Free Porno Free Porn - 18 U.S.C. Section 2257 Compliance" all as one link clearly trying to imply there is free porn by following that link.

I didn't add my nats code to the url because I'd rather my account not get termed for complaining. However if you check your own FHG's you will noticed even though it's possible to track your NAT's code via the url.. They choose not too.

Now notice when you go to the 2257 that they link too : http://www.freepornofreeporn.com/225...nofreeporn.htm

There is another "Free Porn" link which leads to their Brain Pass tour http://www.freepornofreeporn.com/home.php without your NATS code.

This same set up is in all their FHG's IMO it's clear they are trying to create a traffic leak so they can get joins without having to give the webmaster his credit.

MrPinks 02-07-2006 05:56 PM

Not good at all. I love their sites but this should be addressed by one of their reps in this thread.

You are correct on all counts IMO

I assumed that any & all links would have our code in them - if this is their idea of a partnership then I want no part of it

Braincash Fred 02-07-2006 06:46 PM

Ok let's clarify :)

The friends section on brain cash tours represent a tiny percentage of sales, the main reason we have them is simply to trade a bit of traffic and earn some good faith with other cash programs. In fact of all braincash upsales including members area upsales, exit consoles represents 4% of our revenue, so my guess would be the friends section might be even less than 1%.

Also you may not know it but we do track cross site cookies which means that if you send a surfer to one of our sites but that surfer joins any another site in our network, you get credited. This is why you see in you stats some sales with 0 unique sent to a site.... if we would really want to make money on the backs of our webmaster, it would be far easier to just remove this... Also I would suggest that if you really want to see what shaving is, you should look at your sponsors cookie lenght. You will see a lot more shaving there than on any friend section on our site. Also it's not like it's hidden... these links have been there since the sites were open.

I think why do a lot of webmasters still promote us is because in the end even with these links, they still make a lot more than with the average cash program. One of our webmaster told me that out of the 60 programs he promotes, we are his number one on rebill. In the end it's the amount on the check that is important and not the rest.

It is not just the friends section ie take a look at this site http://www.fuckthatasian.com/home.php - out of the 6 top links 3 go to YOUR sponsors - that is f*cking bullshit mate plain and simple.

I ain't worried about other programs we are talking about your program. If it is easier to just remove the links them why dont you just do that? I've been around long enuf to know that you have them there because you are making good sales off of them - otherwise you wouldnt have them there. You didnt even touch on the 2257 crap on the hosted galleries either.

Why would I want to send trafic to your sites so YOU can "earn good faith" and "trade some traffic" with YOUR sponsors ?? WHAT THE FUCK MAN!! TRADE YOUR OWN TRAFFIC!!!!! You show me one other sponsor that has leaks like this and I will be removing their links as well. I can get good rebills without this crap thanks very much.

Nice attempt at justifying your actions tho but it didnt wash with me sorry

circlekhabib 02-07-2006 07:18 PM

your shaving end of story.

wedouglas 02-07-2006 07:39 PM

My sales rock. *shrug*

Jaymus. 02-07-2006 07:46 PM

With rebills my braincash sales work out to over $100 each. It's a pity they have traffic leaks but so do almost every other major sponsor.

I'm not sure why you feel Braincash is obligated to run their affiliate program the way you see fit. It is Fred's affiliate program and he can run it with 1 traffic leak or 100 leaks. If you dont like, then simply remove your links and promote another program. There is no reason to flame him and his program on GFY.

Down_Under 02-07-2006 08:08 PM

It is not just how I see fit. I think most people with half a fucking clue will would agree that when you send traffic to a sponsor youre not expecting that sponsor to be using your traffic to build HIS rep with HIS sponsors or to be trading your traffic.

I have just as much right to flame who ever the fuck I want and far from indiscriminate flaming for no reason I was seekign an explanation as to why he was doing what he was doing. He didnt have to answer but he did, allbeit in a vain attempt to justify it.

Thanks for the bump tho keep em coming :winkwink:

Do your own galleries...

Nathan 02-08-2006 01:23 AM

Hi,

this is the only time I will post here, I would just like to clarify something.

All 3 of the links you Down_Under posted are no traffic leaks by definition. They ALL go to Braincash sites. All braincash sites share the same linkcode domain which means that the tracking cookie is set across all sites and can be read across all sites. If you send traffic to site 1 and go to site 2 from there and then join your cookie is still used for the join. The linking code will NOT be the same simply because it includes the siteid on top of the rest of the info which of course changes since the join was done on another site.

This is all I wanted to point out.

LiveDose 02-08-2006 01:33 AM

Interesting thread. Thanks Down Under.

How so?

http://www.bustychristy.com/friends.php

oh wait you wont reply ;-)

anyhow, as it was already pointed out an aff.program decides how it will run their business and affiliates based on pros and cons evaluate them and send them or not traffic

Theo 02-08-2006 01:50 AM

btw, the 2257 example is like extraterrestrial or something lol

ive been trying to understand where's the traffic leak with no luck :-)

jscott 02-08-2006 02:15 AM

oh shit! thats definately traffic leaks, whether 100% or 0.00001% i'm sure we all agree of that being traffic leaks :helpme:

a classic example of an expert who knows nothing

mate - they have links to OTHER sponsors on their tours!!! You'd be looking at one preety special link code if it could give the wm credit for not only braincash sites but triplexcash, nscash, reelprofits etc etc fuckin etc
