Would completely depend on skills and experience, wish I could just throw a number out, but don't want to alienate someone over salary that might not be correct for their skills.

• HTML scripting for over 8 years from HTML 2.0 to XHTML 1.1
• CSS scripting for 6 years; basic to advanced (unfamiliar with known hacks)
• PHP web development for 5+ years I've done freelance outsourcing for the last 3 years (haven't coded in php for 6+ months)
• Intermediate to advanced photoshop skills
• Some experience in *nix administration
