Your work would be to setup as many hard link trades as you can. You would need to contact website owners (icq, email) and try to create a hard link trade with their sites.
I would pay per every hard link trade that you setup depending on its Google PR (PageRank).

Required skills:
- Very Basic SE knowledge (you have to know what the A-B-C trade means for example)
- Good english language
- Good communication skills

This is an easy (a bit boring) job and i am not going to pay a fortune on it, so please hit me up only if you're going to work for cheap (descent salery in some countries)!
