When's The Best Time To Check Out Vegas For A Vacation ??
Been to Vegas twice for the show, but i'm wanting to take my girlfriend for a vacation as she has never been, and i know she'd love it.
We've been talking about it a bit, and thinking about hotels n' shit. But when is a good time to hit Vegas ? Which month ? Is it far too warm in the height of Summer, is it better going as early in the year as possible, or the later part of the year ??? :pimp |
Depends what you are into...weatherwise April and October are the about only two months that aren't too hot or cold to spend much time outdoors :error

How busy does it get aswell in those months ? Sorry for being a pain in the ass, but i'd rather try and find out what we're doing... :winkwink: |
I went this past November for my 21st birthday, and the weather was awesome!
|
How much do the prices vary throughout the year ??

come in may, memorial weekend... it will be HOT but not july or august hot
|
October would be great. Weather's fine, like what others said.

I'm going at the end of Feb but going during the week and not really interested in hitting the pools. Prices are very cheap during the week unless there's a convention in town. I'm getting a room at the Wynn for $199 which seems like a pretty good price.

I've never been there too but i know vegas is a very busy place. I suggest this month is a good month to take her there.

We're going this weekend. Prices were pretty reasonable.
Main thing is avoiding the conventions. Room rates skyrocket when there's a big one in town. Just go to hotels.com and plug in different dates and see what you come up with. |
I like going in August, when it's brutally hot.
Since I live in South Florida and I'm used to the heat, Vegas is easy to deal with since there is no humidity. Plus I like that there are less people. |
when nobody else is there

Its pretty nice here right now, and doesnt seem to be too crowded.
