swiftwill has some really good stater packages. It is exactly what you want.

I can get you $50/Mo with 100 GB Transfer, Unlimited Storage, MYSQL, CGI, and Webalizer Stats.

If you are only pushing 10 Gigs it may be better to go to a $10/Mo host, but if you want to grow, you could save a lot of money using our company.

This hosting package was for some friends who are just starting out with a membership site, so they didn't need that much.

They ended up hooking up a deal tonight with FierceHost for just a few bucks, i will let everyone know how that goes, he seems like a really good guy.
