That's one hell of an industrial setup. He'd have to have a sound engineering staff to figure out how any of that shit works. LOL
holy fuck
Wow!!!! He got a lot of cash...lucky men...
That's worth a fortune
funny thing. with most of that hardware -- now a days you can do the same shit on a computer just as good
With the exception of the huge mixing board, that looks a lot like our studio.

god damn! thanks for the pics dude. thats such a insane set up. all the warmth coming from ALL that analog gear cant be touched by software.
holy moly!!!
You know I watch MTV Cribs and honestly I'm not impressed. Only a few homes on that show have impressed me and one was Russel Simmons home.
However on the Travel Channel the other night I saw a home that screamed "wealthy." Like Chris Rock said. Shaq is rich, the man who writes his checks is wealthy. This guy had 56 rooms, his digital home theater alone cost over $1,000,000.00 Now that was impressive. |
OMG! He's damn lucky to have this...

That SSL has got too be at least $1 mill alone!! There's a lot of shit in that studio, that makes it possible to record an actual album there, and master it. Sick Set up!! |

with the shit digi designs puts out -- and all the TDM/RTAS/HTDM/VSTi compatible plugins available -- you can get your sound pretty much exactly how you want it. a lot of these high-end industry standard products can do a pretty good job of emulating that analog sound too. however, if you are that serious about that warm analog feeling in your music -- you can always record your sessions onto DAT -- or process your mixes through a reel machine. |
BTW, look at his studio monitors (the speakers) -- a little over kill dont you think? lol
Dang that's a lot of switches.

Most of the "engeniers" that get a job after school probably use 10% of their knowledge... I'm pretty sure he's able to manage. He probably had somebody to build it up for him, and get the best stuff out there... but from there I'm sure he can do it on his own. |

The guy is the #1 money maker in the music business and have been for couple years (with em). Don't be hatin |
You must be a good sound engineer to use that one cool set-up.
wow, now thats the shit.
studio gangsta
I'm turning green with envy.
Dre is the man.
And fuck making music on a computer program. Shit's fuckin disposable. |
Damn that one room probably accounts for the value of multiple homes.
Sweeeet setup
wooot... pretty insane!
Nice Studio, for a house. I have seen better. My Pops does the accounting for the entertainment industry. That would be hot to have that at your house.
